Experience developing and delivering customer-centric and relationship building strategies and plans that grows revenue organically Experience navigating complex customer environments and leading multi-million dollar, highly diverse, supply chain/logistics projects Substantial experience understanding, identifying, and articulating customer needs and delivering cost-effective, value add, flexible solutions Outstanding analytical skills with experience interpreting and presenting key findings and recommendations Solid skills in developing & implementing business growth strategies Exceptional communication skills; excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and presentation skills Proven ability building productive relationships and motivating teams Experience developing and implementing processes and systems to execute on client objectives and internal goals Must possess strong business acumen and solid experience working with financial, supply chain management, and manufacturing business processes (i.e. ERP systems, cost accounting, project mgm’t, production) Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business or related field or equivalent experience is required. Can you manage client relationships with Fortune 500 companies, facing constant change, demanding client requirements, working independently, and wearing many functional hats? You will have an opportunity to have a huge impact on overall client successes. You will be joining a group of excellent, detail-oriented, and client-focused team members in a fast-paced, challenging environment. You will be in charge of overall client relationships, helping to guide clients in decisions and direction on many programs and projects. You will be juggling all the related details, including Statements of Work, contracts, project plans, overall pricing, and product/promotion launches. You will work with a wide variety of clients, in many diverse industries, and provide creative, innovative solutions to highly complex client needs & business problems. You should have significant experience in a matrix-based leadership environment, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse, cross-functional internal/external teams toward measured success. Growing global supply chain management company seeks an Account Manager. You will be joining a group of excellent, detail-oriented, and client-focused inside account managers, in a fast-paced environment. If you are self-motivated, highly talented, and excited about facing new challenges every day, this job is for you! You will be in charge of the daily client relationship, and you will be juggling all the related details, including project plans, documentation (BOM's, AI's, ECO/ECN's and other specifications), managing print files, order management using our ERP system, and following orders through our internal systems. You will be purchasing materials for your clients, and some purchasing background is a must. You will work with a small group of clients, some of whom are Fortune 500 companies. This position requires strong ability to multi-task without loss of accuracy, as well as the ability to organize your own work. We are looking for a person with extreme attention to detail, high level of ability to multitask, true appreciation of excellence, and a strong can-do-attitude. You must have a minimum of eight years industry experience/background, having worked in an account management role with a fulfillment, turnkey or contract manufacturing company; coordinated print, packaging and fulfillment; and fully fluent with the basics of MRP/ERP systems. APICS or CSCMP certification, a plus. Senior Fulfillment Lead Our Senior Fulfillment Lead will work in a dynamic and very fast paced work environment with a variety of customers and tasks related to fulfillment and shipping. We require a minimum four years lead experience and at least 2 years as a senior lead in a fast paced and dynamic shipping and fulfillment environment. We also require experience with computer shipping manifest systems, such as UPS World Ship, FedEx, USPS, and third party manifest systems; experience with freight carriers, freight distribution (domestic and international); experience managing shipping documentations and end-user fulfillment. You must have experience shipping to retail stores and an understanding of routing guides. You need to be forklift certified with strong inventory skills. You will be part of managing our high-speed, high volume fulfillment area and maintaining our state-of-the-art quality levels. You will report to the Fulfillment Supervisor.
