ALOM safeguards our customers' products and data by utilizing robust prevention, backup and recovery, and strict security measures.

Data Integrity and Safeguards
Our IT systems are built to offer functionality, flexibility, privacy, security, redundancy and recovery. Our servers are hosted in-house with outside recovery services and offsite backup. We have a multilayer approach to connectivity, have never experienced a data breach or loss of data, and maintain external connectivity and systems access 24 hours a day.

We safeguard our customers' data through a robotic backup library, a redundant firewall and the most current antivirus protection available.

Physical Security
Our facility is secured through an intense controlled environment. We are continuously monitored by a burglary alarm and response company, and are protected by a sprinkler alarm system. We offer secure storage, camera systems that provide continuous monitoring of sensitive areas, and a highly guarded fenced area for deliveries and unloading and loading.

Recovery Plan
We can restore data, resume operations and recover materials, equipment, and documentation in case of a major disaster. Disaster recovery planning includes offsite storage of the disaster recovery plan. ALOM has contracted with one of the world's largest recovery organizations to ensure smooth operations even if faced with a major disaster.
