We Ship Accurately and On Time

We ship millions of units accurately and on time with approximately one-third of all shipments going to international destinations. International shipments can be done from our US Headquarters or from one of our other 13 locations worldwide. Our shipments go to:

Retailers complete with electronic data interchange (EDI) and Advance Ship Notification (ASN).
Businesses
Residences
Distribution centers
Trade shows and events

Our fulfillment activities include:

Truck shipments or less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments
Parcel shipments
Individual packages or letters
Promotional shipments and mailings
Event fulfillment
Financial services, such as credit card processing
Returns processing

We help customers select the appropriate ship method and service level to ensure their delivery goals and control costs. Because we ship accurately and on time, the freight or postage costs can be kept under control.

At the center of our fulfillment activities is our Mastershipper system which coordinates order sources, order confirmation, inventory availability, payment options and other central elements to ensure seamless fulfillment

Our typical turnaround is same-day shipping of all orders received that day with a cut-off time negotiated by each customer. We measure our ability to ship on time based on product availability.

In order to ensure availability of product, some customers request that ALOM entirely manages the finished goods inventory. Again, based on actual measurements, we run a 100% fill-rate for those customers - and share our statistical measurements with them if asked.
