Returns - Seamless and Integrated

ALOM has automated returns processing through ALOM Return Management (ARM). This advanced system enables us to lead the market in returns processing and is integrated with the Mastershipper database as well as ALOM's ERP system for seamless processing.

Returns are received, scanned, logged and reported on a daily basis. Returns are matched up to the original shipping order number where possible. If a credit card was processed upon shipping of the order, the credit card will be credited for returned product upon receipt of the return. If a customer issues RMA numbers, numbers can be submitted to ARM and will be awaiting the physical receipt of product.

ALOM makes it easy to disposition the return and decide how to handle the product:
  • Customers can request auto-disposition upon receipt, depending on the condition of the return
  • Customers can disposition each return individually
ALOM provides incoming testing services and rework services as part of our returns process and makes return reports available online. And because of our meticulous tracking of returns, many customers take advantage of the returns system for recalls where original product must be returned.
