Fiona Lowbridge Named Vice President of Customer Success

Executive’s track record in outstanding customer experience will fuel continued growth of global supply chain leader
Fiona Lowbridge has joined ALOM, a global leader in supply chain management, as Vice President of Client Success. In this role she is responsible for delivering ALOM’s premier customer experience by developing and deepening valuable partnerships, exceeding their strategic goals and upholding the customers’ brand reputation at all levels of engagement around the world.

Lowbridge brings to her role over 20 years of customer and supplier management experience, with a track record of delivering value for Fortune 500 customers globally and at all levels of cross-functionality. As an expert in developing collaborative relationships with both customers, internal sales and marketing teams, she has stewarded transformative business opportunities at global organizations. With a strong skillset in professional development, she has mentored executives with the goal of developing high-performing global teams.

Previous to ALOM, Lowbridge served as Head of Global Account Management at PCH in San Francisco and held senior management positions over a 17 year tenure at ModusLink Corp, most recently as Business Group Director.
