ALOM Signs Contract for Disaster Recovery Services with Agility Recovery Solutions
ALOM announced today that it has signed a contract with Agility Recovery Solutions for disaster recovery services that will protect ALOM’s operations on behalf of its customers.
Based in Fremont, California, ALOM is a contract packaging, fulfillment and supply chain management provider serving customers from 14 locations around the world. As a sole-source provider of supply chain services for many leading technology companies, ALOM’s continued operation is critical. ALOM’s role as the focal point in the supply chain means that any interruption in the company’s services will impact its customers’ ability to ship product, generate revenue and maintain data integrity.

ALOM will utilize Agility Recovery’s disaster planning resources for its actionable recovery program that ensures the continuity of operations during a natural or man-made interruption. If ALOM ever experiences an interruption, Agility will activate the recovery program and deliver any or all of the four key elements of recovery, depending on ALOM’s needs: power generator, replacement technology, mobile office units and satellite connectivity for phone and Internet access.
