ALOM Wins Stevie Award 2006

ALOM Recognized for Providing Outstanding Sales Support

ALOM won a Stevie® Award in the Sales Support category at the 2006 Selling Power Sales Excellence Awards held in early December.

The new awards were jointly presented by Selling Power magazine, the leading sales management publication with 145,000 subscribers in 67 countries, and The Stevie Awards, which have been hailed as “the business world’s own Oscars” by the New York Post (April 27, 2005).

Nicknamed the Stevies for the Greek word “crowned,” winners were announced during a gala banquet at the Westin Casuarina Hotel, Spa & Casino in Las Vegas. More than 230 nominated sales executives from around the world attended.

ALOM was recognized for providing outstanding sales support for the First 5 California Children and Families Commission to manufacture and distribute educational kits for new parents to help with parenting.

ALOM employees awarded were Lisa Dolan, Sr., Account Executive, and Brooke Paolucci, Account Manager, who have been with ALOM 10 and eight years respectively.

“The team managed an outstanding 100% on-time shipping and 100% fill-rate,” said ALOM CEO Hannah Kain. “The final cost of the project came in 11.5% below the quoted price.”

Members of the Awards’ Board of Distinguished Judges & Advisors and their staffs selected Stevie Award winners from among the Finalists. Finalists were chosen by business professionals worldwide during preliminary judging.
