Powering our ability to respond quickly and scale fast to changing market requirements is our proprietary order management and production planning systems that monitor inventory levels across multiple locations and route and track orders through every stage of production and assembly.

Every stage of kit assembly for items such as electronics accessories, medical products, packaged goods, tool kits or point-of-purchase displays are meticulously planned with quality controls at each step. But don’t think all this tender loving care lowers capacity.

We specialize in high-volume kitting and fulfillment processing thousands of orders per hour. Final pieces are inspected for quality and individually weighed on highly-sensitive scales to assure completeness. We inventory components separately and then kit them together into the final package.

We operate one of the largest NAND-Flash digital media duplication centers in the U.S. Our sophisticated equipment, highly-trained technicians and proven processes cover a full range of high-volume duplication services including SD/microSD cards and USB flash drives.
