“As a company that provides excellence in supply chain delivery and innovative technology solutions to our customers, ALOM relies on the dedication, inventiveness and expertise of our employees. ALOM’s commitment to diversity and inclusion goes hand in hand with cultivating energetic teams that work collaboratively. “As a woman-owned company, ALOM was founded on the principles of enabling each employee to contribute meaningfully to our company’s success,” said ALOM Director of Human Resources, Claire Mendonca.
“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”
