He is recognized for building high-performing finance teams, standardizing financial processes, and partnering cross-functionally to expand margins and accelerate business outcomes.

Meet Matt Vance

Matt Vance serves as Chief Financial Officer of ALOM, leading the company’s global finance organization. He is responsible for financial strategy, planning and analysis, controllership, and capital management, partnering with executive leadership to ensure the fiscal discipline that supports ALOM’s controlled and responsible growth.

Mr. Vance brings more than 20 years of finance and operations leadership experience with global supply chain organizations, including Ingram Micro, a global technology and supply chain distributor, and CEVA Logistics, a global third-party logistics provider, where he most recently served as Head of Finance for Contract Logistics in North America. He has held full P&L responsibility for major supply chain services businesses and is recognized for standardizing financial processes and partnering cross-functionally to expand margins and improve working capital.

Mr. Vance began his career in audit with Deloitte & Touche, serving manufacturing, utilities, and retail clients. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, with minors in Finance and Management Information Systems, from Purdue University.

Outside of work, Mr. Vance values time with his family, whether coaching youth sports or cheering on his kids from the sidelines, and giving back to his community, where he has served on multiple local boards. An avid golfer, he enjoys getting out on the course whenever he can.
