Accomplishments

Kaveh Moraghebi is Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with specialized knowledge in Kaizen and Lean Manufacturing. He is an IRCA Lead Auditor and has conducted more than 300 audits for well-known registrars in ISO 9001, ISO 13485 & ISO 14000 disciplines since 2003. Kaveh Moraghebi’s leadership in quality and sustainability program management has earned the following industry recognition:

Meet Kaveh Moraghebi

Kaveh Moraghebi is a Quality Assurance expert with over 20 years of experience in the Quality Management Systems and process improvement. Mr. Moraghebi joined ALOM in 2018, bringing strong proficiency in overseeing and expanding international QMS program management. Mr. Moraghebi is responsible for defining and overseeing the ALOM global quality and supply chain environmental sustainability programs including management and maintenance of the ALOM ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 quality programs.

Supporting ALOM’s strong culture of continuous improvement, Mr. Moraghebi is one of the founders of ALOM University.

Prior to joining ALOM, Mr. Moraghebi held senior quality management and process engineering positions with Bay Area Compliance Laboratories (BACL), TUV NORD, Mercedes-Benz and Hyundai Motor Co.

Mr. Moraghebi holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) degree from Isfahan University of Technology. Outside of work, Mr. Moraghebi enjoys snow skiing and a wide range of outdoor activities with his family.
