Meet David Edwards

David Edwards is a data security expert and information technology visionary. Mr. Edwards joined ALOM in 2021 as Sr. Director of Technology Solutions and Security. In 2024 he was promoted to Vice President of Technology where he leads the development, operation, and security of all ALOM technology systems and applications globally. Mr. Edwards is a technology leader utilizing over 20 years of management/technical experience and business acumen to provide strategic business direction and visibility tools to ALOM customers, suppliers, and global service partners.

Prior to joining ALOM, Mr. Edwards held logistics-centric software engineering and information systems leadership positions with Microsoft and several industry service providers. He is known for working closely with both business and technical teams to drive continuous improvement and develop innovative, highly secure supply chain solutions by collaborating with cross-functional teams, customer stakeholders, suppliers, and end users to define business, financial, and operational requirements and systems goals.

Mr. Edwards holds a B.S in Computer Science from East Tennessee State University.
