Brandon Marugg is a respected industry influencer and senior executive who has served at ALOM since 2001. Prior to assuming the role of Chief Operations Officer in 2022, Mr. Marugg served as Chief Technology and Privacy Officer where his vision and leadership has been instrumental in expanding the company’s global client and supplier base by implementing sophisticated first-of-a-kind proprietary technology solutions for its worldwide client supply chain programs.
As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Marugg leads the ALOM Technology and Operations organizations where he is responsible for ensuring ALOM’s operational capacity and supply chain performance seamlessly scale to meet projected growth and quality objectives. Additionally, Mr. Marugg continues his vigilant oversight ensuring the highest levels of data and privacy protection across all ALOM operational systems and processes. His vision to marry technology and supply chain operations has fueled ALOM’s growth over the past two decades and helped establish the company as an industry leader in delivering unmatched service and operational competitive advantage to its clients.
Prior to joining ALOM, Mr. Marugg held positions as an IT consultant, web designer, and senior consultant providing system design and implementation support for a number of Silicon Valley-based technology companies.
Mr. Marugg is MCSE (Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert) certified and holds a B.S. degree in Astrophysics from the University of California, Los Angeles. Mr. Marugg’s outside interests include physics, astronomy, revering scientific achievements, triathlon competition and golf.
