Eric Schelm joined ALOM in 2024 as Vice President of Operations. In this role, Mr. Schelm leads ALOM’s global operations with an emphasis on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. He is a high-impact operations executive with proven expertise in production, logistics, and fulfillment, supporting ISO, QMS, and EHS quality standards. With over two decades of experience, Mr. Schelm has successfully led multi-tier management teams in fast-paced, people-intensive production environments, managing multi-client facilities and spearheading service-level and operational capacity expansion projects.

Prior to joining ALOM, Mr. Schelm held senior operational leadership positions overseeing multiple sites and cross-functional teams supporting B2B and direct-to-consumer product and service delivery programs. His experience encompasses warehouse and inventory management, production, kitting, flashing, fulfillment, engineering, and logistics operations, including returns qualification functions across multiple locations.

Known for his solutions-oriented approach and his commitment to empowering associates and building high-performing teams, Mr. Schelm has progressively achieved success in positions of increasing scale and responsibility by delivering operational performance and quality excellence. Mr. Schelm has successfully led significant projects, including new warehouse management system deployments, facility modernizations, and the implementation of advanced technology and automation in fulfillment lines.
